The SV 650 has been around since way back in 1999 when the good people at Suzuki decided to build a middleweight motorcycle that was designed to deliver what they coined “V-Twin fun”. The rest is, as they say, history and this year the Suzuki SV650 is 22 years of age! Over that time the bike has become a rider’s phenomenon all over the world. One of the very nice things about this bike is that this universal motorcycle, while it’s well-suited for urban roads, it is a brilliant surprise that it’s also very much at home on the racetrack.

The latest incarnation of the V-Twin fun machine sets performance standards even higher with latest Suzuki innovations. The new bike has a full LCD instrument panel which displays gear position, hosts a digital speedometer, a tachometer, as well as indicators for odometer, trip meter, average/instantaneous fuel consumption, the bikes riding range, clock, water temperature gauge and a fuel gauge. A nice touch is the backlight which is adjustable to six levels of brightness and can be set to your preference. The bike is finished out with a set of an integrated twin-LED tail light and brake light configuration is compact yet slim.
