When Adventure Calls, you and this Kawasaki have the answer. Complementing the Versys 1000’s engine character, the SE model’s standard equipment now includes a quick shifter. A change to Electronic Throttle Valves enables the addition of Electronic Cruise Control, while also contributing to smooth power delivery. The companies’ super sport grade, high precision brake management system is now standard equipment on the new machine, as are LED cornering lights and heated grips.

Smartphone connectivity is now the new standard in this class and the Verseys is no different. The compact all-digital TFT colour instrumentation gives the cockpit a high-tech appearance. The tech continues with the addition of Kawasaki Electronic Control Suspension. The cruise control system makes covering distance a whole lot easier. The traction control makes it a lot safer. The taller, adjustable screen, makes it a lot more comfortable. There are now three power modes as well as a USB socket on the dash. A full suite of cornering technology managed by the bikes IMU delivers braking and traction control appropriate to the speed and angle at which the bike is travelling.
