Taking their inspiration from the café racers of the sixties, the engineering team at Royal Enfield have brought us the Continental GT 650 Twin. What we get is a modern design icon. The bike is the perfect blend of tradition and up to the minute build quality. That classic tank, engine note and classic riding position all create an attitude that honours a great tradition in motorcycle building. One of the big features of the new machine is its agile chassis. This was developed in partnership with the legendary sports motorcycle frame builder, Harris Performance. Meanwhile a simple, yet up to the minute, air-cooled, 650cc engine pushes out a healthy 47 horsepower.

The Continental GT 650 ticks a lot of boxes for a lot of riders. Features such as its stylish optional single seat, that beautiful fuel tank, those rear set footrests and the cooler than cool race-style clip-on handlebars make for a bike that stands out from the pack. Every last bit of the bike has been ergonomically designed to remain comfortable in the city, out on the motorway and especially on a set of twisty back roads. That last one is where it really comes alive.
